This study aimed to examine teachers' abilities in organizing, implementing and overcoming obstacles academic supervision programs enhance their pedagogical competence. Using observation, interviews, documentation studies, qualitative methods, data gathering approaches were utilized for collection. The subjects of the principals three high schools Aceh biology professors from each school. results demonstrated that planning was developed through conversation with teacher identify problems, implementation approaches, clinical implementers. program plan incorporates all Education Office personnel, managers, school principals.
